Dave did it again!
I was extremely excited to see Mary Droppinz this year, having missed the last 2 years of his tours through Houston for various reasons. Everytime I fall more and more in love with the band live, I see them. Throughout the show, as they jam, Carter, Tim, Stefan, Boyd, and Dave all showcase their talent through solos, each member of the band carries more talent within themselves than most other acts around today, combined. I was in awe at how much energy each musician was using, and it made me wonder how they could play each show with the same excitement and vibe. The encore was very dark with a song I had never heard (sounded like Black Sabbath) and All Along the Watchtower. I will definitely be buying tickets for his next show when he comes off hiatus.
